  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, but minor variations in sizing, color, and design details may occur due to the custom printing process

  • All products are subject to availability of materials and printing services
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice
  • In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable replacement

4. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders typically require 2-7 business days for production before shipping
  • BLU SKI is not directly involved in the physical fulfillment process

5.2 Shipping Information

  • Products are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partners, primarily located in the United States
  • We ship to US addresses only – international shipping is not available
  • Shipping times vary based on destination, shipping method selected, and carrier performance
  • Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed

5.3 Delivery Responsibility

  • BLU SKI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses
  • We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

  • Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or color preferences
  • Returns are accepted only for defective products, printing errors, or items damaged during shipping
  • All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • All sales are final – we provide product replacements only, no monetary refunds

6.2 Defective or Damaged Items

  • Provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage
  • As fulfillment is handled by our print-on-demand partner, we will coordinate with them to resolve the issue
  • We will provide a replacement product at our discretion – no refunds will be issued

6.3 Replacement Process

  • Approved replacements will be processed through our print-on-demand partner
  • Replacement items typically ship within 2-7 business days of approval
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Under no circumstances do we provide monetary refunds – only product replacements for defective items

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, graphics, and images, is the exclusive property of BLU SKI
  • Our original designs and brand elements are protected by copyright and trademark laws
