Return Process

  • Contact us at support@bluski.us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will provide return/replacement instructions.

Refunds & Replacements

  • We do not offer cash refunds as every product is custom printed.
  • If your claim is approved, we will issue a free replacement of the product.
  • Replacements are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days after approval.

Note: All items are custom made-to-order, so returns are limited to quality issues only.
